The hotel was MODERN and the location was good so close to a safari and a trip to the Rift Valley, the elephant orphanage and Nairobi gallery, many shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. The breakfast was adequate with omlette served on the roof and the food was nice.

I chose this hotel for attending a brainstorming session and was impressed by its internationally acclaimed venue for conferences, meetings, and exhibitions. The facilities were top-notch and provided a conducive environment for our discussions.
The only service I missed for my work was a printer and scanner facility. It would have been helpful to have these amenities readily available for printing important documents and scanning contracts.

Appreciated my comfortable stay on business trip. The breakfast was good and adequate with omlette served on the roof and with yummy food, and the staff was exceptionally nice. Location: the hotel was very close to town center and shops, grocery store, food and Nairobi gallery, many shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. I did not want to leave, so can recommend this venue.

The staff at this hotel were super friendly and helpful, from the doorman Kevin to the receptionists. The hotel itself was modern, clean and convenient, with small but nice rooms. The location in the CBD was jaw-dropping, and we loved being close to the city market for souvenir shopping. The option to extend our stay until 8 pm at no extra cost was mind-blowing, and the staff even helped us in a difficult situation with the police. The hotel had great amenities like wi-fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, a bar/ lounge area, and a restaurant. an amazing experience!

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, I got a nice room and great service. The location was convenient, with the city market nearby for souvenir shopping. The staff was very helpful and even printed out my travel documents for me.
Menu for breakfast could be improved with more variety.
